Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF):

-The Median Home Price in Colorado Springs jumped 6.3% from February of last year ($240k to $255k). 

-Inventory seems to have leveled off and should increase as we enter the spring and summer selling season. But still, our seasonally adjusted inventory is at record lows.

– Sellers are getting near asking price across and in some areas of town over 100% of list to close price

Key Statistics:
List Price/Sold Price: 99.7% (slight increase from last month)
Median Sales Price: $255,000 (6.3% increase from February 2016)
Average Time on Market: 41 days (60 days in January 2016)
