-The Median Home Price in Colorado Springs moved 11.3% higher than January of last year ($265,000 to $295,000)
-Inventory continued to trend down year over year … we did see a slight uptick from December to January – 1.1 months to 1.3 months
-January was the fifth time in the last twelve months that average sold-to-list price was LESS than 100% … still, at 99.4%, home sellers are still getting close to their asking price.
Sold Price/List Price: 99.4% (down slightly from December)
Median Sales Price: $295,000 (11.3% increase from January 2017) *This beats our peak last summer which is unusual and provides further indication of a continued strong Sellers market*
Average Time on Market: 39 days (44 days in January 2017)
