- Homes are selling a lot faster than this time last year. We’ve gone from 99 days on the market last March to only 47days in March 2016.
- List Price-to-Sold Price was 99.3% this year. Last March we were at 98.5%.
- The number of active listings has gone down this year reflecting the low inventory while the number of sales has gone up reflecting the increased demand.
