-Homes sales are slowing down but this has been accompanied by a corresponding drop in inventory.

-Inventory remains relatively low (sellers market)

-Low interest rates are keeping buyers interested

Key Statistics:

List Price/Sold Price: 99.6%

Median Sales Price: $264,000 (10% increase from September 2015)

Average Time on Market: 35 days (70 days in September 2015) … to give this even more context … 35 days in September this year is still almost half the time on market as during the peak summer months in 2015.
